CARASNIP & ARF, two of the largest NO KILL animal shelters in Metro Area, have teamed up to help fight pet overpopulation.  Representatives from both CARA and ARF will be promoting the benefits of spay and neuter across the metro-Jackson area and handing out free or low cost spay neuter vouchers, while they last!   We would love for everyone to help spread the word about the benefits of spay and neuter and help us fight the ongoing overpopulation problem!  Read more about SNIP or if you would like to fund more SNIP vouchers, please made a donation directly by clicking here and  designate "SNIP" with your contribution.
